Migration USA provides US immigration advice and representation. Engagements are governed by a written retainer agreed with each client before work begins. Consultations are for information and strategy only and do not, in themselves, create an attorney-client relationship. Fees, scope, refunds and cancellation are set out in your individual engagement letter.

We collect only the personal information needed to assess your matter and deliver our services. Information is stored securely, never sold, and shared only with lawyers and staff working on your case or where required by law.
